How do I restore my purchases?
Open the in-game Store and tap Restore Purchases. Your non-consumable items and subscription are tied to your store account and restore automatically after a reinstall or on a new device.
How do I cancel the Tycoon Club subscription?
On iOS: open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, select Tycoon Club, and tap Cancel. On Android: open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
How do I request a refund?
On iOS, refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, contact Google Play support.
Why do I see ads?
Ads keep the game free. There are no banners. Rewarded videos play only when you choose to watch one for a bonus. On Android, since version 2.0.7, a few short full-screen ads may appear only at natural breaks (after a prestige or the welcome-back bonus) — at most 3 a day, never in your first session. Remove Ads, VIP Pass or the Tycoon Club turn them off and give the video bonuses instantly, without a video.
I paid but did not get my item.
Open the game again with an internet connection: the game checks Google Play / the App Store for finished payments every time it starts and delivers anything missing. Slow payment methods (cash, bank transfer) are delivered as soon as the payment clears. If something is still missing, tap Restore Purchases in Settings, or email us with your order number (GPA.…).
Is my progress saved if I change devices?
Yes. The game backs up your progress to the cloud every few minutes. On the new device open Settings > Restore from another device and enter the Transfer Code shown in Settings on your old device. Purchases restore via your store account (see above).
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
In the game, open Goals › Daily (or Settings) and tap Send feedback. Pick a category, write a few words and send — every message is read by the team. Feedback is separate from store ratings and is never required for anything.
How do I reset my progress?
Open in-game Settings and choose Reset. This permanently clears your save on the device and cannot be undone.
