Terms of Service (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Idle Factory Tycoon ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (End User License Agreement or "EULA"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Game Rules & Fair Play

• Do not use cheats, hacks, modified application packages, or automated scripts.
• Do not exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages on the leaderboard.
• Do not use offensive or inappropriate display names.
• Respect other players and the competitive integrity of the leaderboard.

3. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

All in-game currency, factory upgrades, prestige multipliers, and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value outside the game. The app offers optional in-app purchases including:

• One-time purchases: Remove Ads, VIP Pass, Starter Pack
• Consumable items: Gold Vaults, Mega Boost, Time Warp
• Auto-renewing subscriptions: Tycoon Club (monthly)

All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS). Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Tycoon Club)

Idle Factory Tycoon offers a monthly subscription called the "Tycoon Club". By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscription Period: 1 month.
• Subscription Price: $4.99 per month (or equivalent local currency as shown in the app store at purchase).
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period at the rate of $4.99/month (or equivalent local currency).
• Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase.
• No Cancellation: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

5. Leaderboard & Rankings

Rankings are determined by lifetime earnings. We reserve the right to remove or reset scores of players who violate fair play rules. Leaderboard data (display name and score) is visible to all players.

6. Account & Data

Your player identity is tied to a locally generated UUID. We do not provide account recovery if you lose your device or clear app data. You may reset all progress at any time from the in-game Settings.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the game and leaderboard servers running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for data loss, server downtime, or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All game content, including artwork, design, code, and branding, is the property of RuiCodex. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RuiCodex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
